NE Regional skatepark - design workshop #2

The December 10th design workshop has come and gone on the future Northeast Regional skatepark near the intersection of U.S. 54& McCombs. This skatepark is not yet funded, so it is being designed to fit the 25,000 square foot space rather than a specific price point.

Site Design Group produced a pair of basic conceptual drawings labeled A & B (see below.) These were offered as "starting points" for how obstacles might layout, size of obstacles and elevation changes. We then morphed these into an "unofficial" concept C that features a 16-foot tall Etnies style capsule and flow bowl - not true to scale, but definitely a better "starting point" in our opinion.
