Opened in February 2003, the City of El Paso’s first owned and operated “custom concrete” skatepark stands the test of time. Designed by the original SITE Design Group crew of Mike McIntyre and Colby Carter and built by Dantex General Contractors. Funded by a Community Development Block Grant for $625,000.
